Volunteering
The Center for the Urban River is able to thrive thanks to the help of our dedicated team of volunteers. Volunteers assist the staff in day to day activities such as education programs, research projects, park clean-ups, and animal care. In addition to long term volunteering commitments, we also offer single day events for student clubs, community organizations, scouts, and corporate groups. Our volunteer positions are open to participants ages 14 and up, and are available throughout the year. For additional information please contact Educator & River Ecology Specialist Jason Muller at jmuller@sarahlawrence.edu.
